Biography
Dr. Chelsea Frazier serves as the Coordinator of CETL Operations at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ City University, where she supports faculty development through workshops, programming, and course evaluation facilitation. Passionate about empowering educators, she enjoys helping professors enhance their teaching practices and often applies the same tools in her own classroom as an adjunct instructor of American history.
Dr. Frazier holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½, an M.A. in History and a B.A. in Music from the University of Wyoming. Her research explores social and political change in Indigenous Nations during the nineteenth century, reflecting her deep commitment to inclusive and empathetic education.
At Âé¶¹´«Ã½, Dr. Frazier has led workshops on the role of artificial intelligence in higher education and the importance of empathetic teaching. She values the strong sense of community on campus and is dedicated to fostering meaningful learning experiences for both faculty and students.
Originally from Colorado, Dr. Frazier, moved to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ for her PhD. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband and son. In her free time, she loves jigsaw puzzles, crafting, reading, and playing games.
